Site analytics
The main Vercel-hosted site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and broad usage patterns. Vercel describes this service as cookie-free. Kairo does not attach account IDs, names, email addresses, poll answers or balances to analytics events. Authentication and admin page events are excluded, and URL query strings and fragments are removed before page events are sent. Vercel processes technical visit information under its own data-processing terms.
Leaderboard visibility
Signed-in members can see the top 100 earners by lifetime verified points, with their display names and profile pictures. Each member can also see their own rank. Paid rewards remain in lifetime totals; pending, reversed and demo rewards do not count. Email addresses, phone numbers, individual transactions and demographic answers are not included. Choose a display name and profile image you are comfortable showing to other members.
Who is responsible
Kairo is not yet a registered company. The identity and address of the person responsible for personal data, operating country and dedicated privacy contact remain to be confirmed. These details must be supplied before public launch. This draft is not a completed compliance notice.
Information processed
Account features process email, display name, optional avatar and phone number, phone-country choice, region and currency preference. Authentication processes credentials, confirmations, sessions and enabled security factors. Onboarding records the age group, gender, income group and interests you choose to provide, including prefer-not-to-say answers. Signed-in task responses, referrals and reward records may be stored.
Purposes and legal bases
Data supports requested account and task features, opportunity matching, authentication and abuse prevention. Where GDPR applies, intended bases include providing the requested service, legitimate interests in proportionate security and legal obligations where applicable. Optional tracking or processing requiring consent needs separate consent. Agreeing to terms is not blanket advertising consent. The legal bases and optional demographic questions need review before commercial launch.
Personalization and network checks
Interests and previous activity help order eligible offers. Region, age requirements and supplier conditions can affect availability. Network verification may process IP addresses and VPN, proxy or hosting indicators; failed or unavailable checks can restrict earning access. Rankings do not guarantee eligibility or earnings.
Services and recipients
Supabase provides authentication and database services. Vercel hosts the main site, and OpenAI Sites hosts the private preview. External media providers receive ordinary connection information when media loads. Google processes information when an enabled Google sign-in flow is chosen. Future SMS, identity, network, advertising and payout vendors must be disclosed when activated. Processing regions and any required international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed before public launch.
Supplier demo
Demo answers and points are not sent to advertisers or saved to an account. They exist in memory until refresh or exit. Hosting and external-media requests still occur, so this is not a zero-data-collection guarantee. Do not enter sensitive information in the demo.
Retention and security
A finalized retention schedule and automatic account-deletion workflow are not yet in place. Account and task records currently remain until removed; hosting logs and backups follow provider settings. Purpose-based deletion and backup-expiry periods must be finalized before launch. Access controls and authentication are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Edit profile data in settings and use prefer not to say for personal onboarding questions. Applicable law may give rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of optional consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. Until a dedicated privacy contact is published, use the person or channel that supplied your preview invitation for requests.
Children and updates
The earning service is not intended for under-18s. Do not submit another person's information. This draft will be updated as the operator, retention rules and supplier arrangements are finalized.
